Review of health legislation

Local Governments are being asked to answer optional questions to assist the Department of Health with the regulatory review process for the Public Health Act 2016. Subsidiary legislation under the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 will be reviewed and streamlined with redundant features omitted. Responses from local government will be used to determine how public health risks should be managed in the future. Comments close 29 September 2017. More.
