QLD - Nature Conservation Act 1992 - Regulations for managing protected areas

The Department of National Parks, Sport and Racing is inviting comment on its notice of intention to consult on the remaking of Regulations under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 relevant to the management of protected areas. It is expected that a consultation regulatory impact statement, outlining the proposed scope and potential impacts of the remade Regulations, will be released in November 2016.
