SA EPA releases River Murray Shack Wastewater assessment criteria

The SA EPA is seeking feedback on the draft River Murray shack wastewater management position statement. The position statement outlines the criteria on which the EPA will respond to the assessment of River Murray shack wastewater issues and risks within the River Murray Water Protection Area. The EPA’s position statement reflects a precautionary approach to assessing water quality risks arising from River Murray shack/residential development and associated wastewater management.
