SA mining regulations - Consultation timeline released

The Department for Energy and Mining has announced that it will carry out consultation on proposed changes to mining regulations in support of the Statutes Amendment (Mineral Resources) Act 2019 amendments. Three stages of consultation will be undertaken throughout 2020, with the first stage commencing in April.
