Inclosed Land Act Amendments - under review

The Department of Communities and Justice is reviewing amendments that were made to the Inclosed Lands Protection Act 1901. The amendments relate to, among other things, the unlawful entry to mining zones and other businesses, with a focus on preventing the introduction of pest diseases, animals or plants to property. Feedback was sought to determine if the Act continues to meet its policy objectives.
