Combustible Cladding Draft Regulation Released

The NSW Government has released draft legislation to improve the fire safety of buildings for public comment. The proposed reforms limit the use of combustible cladding and require building owners to register with the government if their building has combustible external wall cladding. The new laws are in response to the high-rise fire disaster at London’s Grenfell Tower earlier this year. Comments close 16 February 2018. More
