SA Mining Review Bill Released

The SA Government has released the Statutes Amendment (Leading Practice in Mining) Bill 2017 as part of the ongoing Leading Practice Mining Acts Review. The Bill proposes amendments to the Mining Act 1971, Opal Mining Act 1995 and Mines and Works Inspection Act 1920. It is the first of several amendment Bills that will be released over the next two years. More here and here.
