Consultation Regulatory Impact Statement released

The QLD Government is seeking feedback on the Consultation Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS): Broadening and enhancing reef protection regulations following feedback received from an earlier discussion paper in March 2017 (see discussion paper). The RIS outlines and assesses the costs and benefits for the Government’s proposal to broaden and enhance the existing reef protection regulations. Comments close 3 November 2017. More here and here.
