Environmental Legislation SA - Local Nuisance and Litter Control Act 2016

The Local Nuisance and Litter Control Act 2016 commences 2 February 2017 and 1 July 2017. The Act will help provide the tools to effectively deal with litter and illegal dumping in SA and helps to clarify the roles of the Government to reduce confusion. Councils will now be the first point of call for the community regarding local nuisances. More information can be found here.
