    Board Legislation Updates

In response to requests from clients, we have launched a new service to help Board members stay abreast of legislation changes.

Board Legislation Updates are published monthly and include summary information of changes to both OHS and environmental laws. Written concisely for the busy Board member, they're designed to either be sent directly to Board members or for you to edit the information before sending to your Board. They complement EnviroLaw, SafetyLaw and LawGuides, which will continue to give full details of obligations as well as monthly updates on changes.

Please contact us for further details.

    Indonesian mining

We are in the final stages of publishing a summary of OHS (K3) and environment legislation applicable to mining in Indonesia. Like EnviroLaw and SafetyLaw, the summaries are written in simple language (both Indonesian and English) and feature:

    • information grouped by topic
    • reference to the applicable legislation
    • easy online access, to an unlimited number of staff members
    • regular updates
    • help desk service.

Please contact us for a demonstration or further details.

EE at Coaltrans Environment Essentials is attending the 16th Coaltrans Asia Conference in Bali, where we'll be demonstrating our new Indonesian service. If you're attending the conference, please come by and see us.

EE at Rail Safety Environment Essentials attended the recent Rail Safety conference in Melbourne, to raise awareness of our new SafetyLaw Rail - NSW service.
