We can hyperlink applicable legal obligations to each aspect/impact in your Environmental Aspects Register. This is one of the requirements of ISO14001.

AspectLink requires little effort on your part and provides significant time (and therefore cost) savings in managing your legal obligations. Once we’ve created the hyperlinks in your Aspects Register, we update the legal obligations each month; any new or changed obligations appear automatically next time you click the hyperlink - you don't need to do anything.

How it works:

1. You send us your Environmental Aspects Register (eg as an Excel or Word file).
2. We add a hyperlink for each aspect/impact. The hyperlink displays all legal obligations potentially relevant to that aspect/impact, in your web browser.
3. We return the linked Register to you.
4. All future changes/additions of legal obligations are done remotely by us – you don’t need to send us your Register to have the linked obligations updated, unless you add new aspects.
