LawGuides are an on-line information service that provides plain English summaries of both environmental and OH&S legal duties.

LawGuides contain similar information to EnviroLaw and SafetyLaw, but the information is structured very differently.

LawGuides have been specifically designed to help you identify ‘gaps’ in your OHS&E compliance system, develop links between individual legal obligations and your own system controls, and do legal compliance audits.

Each LawGuide is written in a simple checklist format. Full implementation and audit checklists, with links to individual legal duties, are included for use in planning compliance work, implementing risk controls and updating of documentation when laws change.
